ReturnsAll returns must have an RGA number. Call 1-920-233-2023 to obtain the RGA number. Having the invoice number and/or your customer number when calling will speed up the process. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any unused, in the original package, stocking item can be returned within 60 days, for any reason for refund or credit. There may be a restocking charge for labor, re-handling, re-boxing, paperwork and shipping materials. All special orders are subject to freight charges, and cannot be refused or returned. Prices are subject to change without notice. All refunds must be made to original credit card used at time of purchase or instore credit will be issued. Warranties: Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer. However, parts for racing purposes may be excluded. Do not send back a suspected warranty without an R.G.A. (returns goods authorization). Some manufacturers require parts be sent directly to them for inspection. For more information on a specific manufacturer and/or part warranty please ask your sales associate. Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier (maximum 5 business days of delivery). Due to the intended use of the products in our catalog, Competition Products makes no warranty of any kind, for any part, at any time; except for the warranty (if any at all) provided by the manufacturer. Warranty designations are made ONLY by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties may have to be inspected before exchange or refund can be authorized. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to us, and we will pay for shipping costs back to the manufacturer, and return costs to customer (by U.P.S. ground), if manufacturer honors any warranty. All parts in this catalog are for racing purposes and should not be used on any street driven vehicle. Some products are not legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.
