Shipping & Handling
Place an order $149 or more, and we'll drop the shipping and handling charge.  Your order ships via our standard ground delivery anywhere in the contiguous U.S. for FREE!

Details and exclusions: Shipping and handling fee is waived on orders of  $149 or more in the contiguous 48 United States.  HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded.  Qualifying order total is based on product subtotal. Taxes and non-standard shipping charges are not included as a qualifying cost.  You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc.  Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.  Any shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping & Handling Charges: (HI, AK, PR, US Territories excluded).  This charge applies only one time per order no matter how many boxes are shipped to your door.
Delivery and handling on all orders (including APO/FPO) is non-refundable and based on order subtotal.

Insurance: $ 1.30 per $100.00 of valuation charge on all packages over $400.00 value (signature required).

Oversize Charges: Non-standard weight or size items may include a special handling fee of $8.00-$55.00 per item.  These charge items are specified in this catalog.

Domestic Non-Standard Shipping Charges: You may choose other shipping options, including 3-Day, 2-Day & Next Day Air.  Saturday delivery (where available) will be charged an additional $18.95 per order.  These shipping charges will be billed to you at the actual shipping charge (no added fees).  You will be contacted for approval of charge before shipping.

HI, AK, PR, and US Territories Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the carrier and shipping method selected.  These shipping charges will be billed to you at the actual shipping charge (no added fees).  You will be contacted for approval of charge before shipping.

International and Canadian Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the carrier and shipping method selected.   These shipping charges will be billed to you at the actual shipping charge (no added fees).  You will be contacted for approval of charge before shipping.  Customer is responsible for all taxes and duty fees.

Backordered Products
Depending on the product backordered some parts of the order maybe shipped ahead resulting in multiple shipments for the same order.  There is no additional fees other than optional shipping if desired.  If you need parts of your order that are not backordered shipped right away, please request to ship ahead.

Product Inspection
Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier (maximum 5 business days of delivery).

Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Bank Transfer or C.O.D.

Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express.  Credit card orders must ship to billing address of credit card.

PayPal: Paypal is ONLY accepted online.  At this time, we cannot accept PayPal over the phone.  PayPal cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or additional services added to invoice (additional service/shipping, etc.).

Bank Transfers: For Bank Wire Transfers, please call 800-233-0199 for assistance with your order.

C.O.D.: There is a $15.50 fee per box for this service.  Any refused C.O.D. shipments will have fee added to next order.

Cashiers Check/Money Order: There maybe up to a 10-day hold period for payment to be processed.

Cash: Cash can ONLY be accepted for in-store purchases.  DO NOT MAIL cash.

Do you have to pay sales tax on your order?
Tax laws for online sales are changing due to the recent Supreme Court Decision.  We are making every reasonable effort to comply with the law, whenever it applies.
When you buy something over the internet or other remote means and the seller does not collect sales tax, it does not mean the purchase is tax-free.  If you live in a state that has a sales tax, you may be required to report the purchase and pay use tax.

Emissions (CARB) Restrictions
Many parts that we sell in this catalog are not legal for use in California or any other state with simular law or restrictions.  The California Air Resources Board (CARB) prohibits the sale or use of parts that modify or defeat emissions in any 1966 and newer vehicle.  This excludes true replacement parts and parts granted a CARB exemption order (EO) number by the California Air Resources Board.  Parts can only be used if one of the following conditions are met:
• The part has been granted an Executive Order (E.O.) from CARB.
• The part is used on a 1965 or older vehicle.
• The part is only used on a closed-course competition vehicle.     
   (One that is not registered for use on public roads.)

The California Safe Drinking Water & ToxicEnforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65)
While the proposition was created to protect drinking water sources from chemical contamination, the scope of the law has expanded over the years.  It now includes over 900 chemicals and also pertains to (but is not limited to) exposure through touch, inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact.  The Prop 65 warning can now be found on products that may contain a small amount of over 900 chemicals or ingredients that the OEHHA lists as a carcinogen or reproductive toxicant.  This includes vinyl, coatings, plastics, and much more.  Many of the elements listed under Prop 65 are common everyday additives found in products like electrical wire, cable, coated fabrics, steering wheels, shoes, gloves, tonneau covers, bed liners, oil filter wrenches, brake pads, floor mats, etc.  Because of the vast array of products that might contain one of the chemicals or ingredients on the list, we must include Prop 65 warnings in our communications with you.  We are required to use exact wording as specified by the state of California.   While the warning sounds alarming, the purpose is to notify you of the potential risk so that you can make an informed buying decision.
